You are watching the Queen surrounded by worker bees. You can recognize the Queen by her larger abdomen. She is extending her long tongue and a worker is transferring food to the Queen. Other worker bees are stroking her with their antennae and capturing her pheromones which is the way she communicates and maintains control in the colony.
